Server Tutorial - dialog for the first step sometimes doesn't pop up

1) Login to Server console (with eval license)
2) Click Take a tour to start the tutorial -> the first step with the highlighted Schedules should appear
3) Change URL to go to the login page (eg. http://localhost:8083/clover)
4) Click Enter server console -> the tutorial is on the first step, but the green dialog with the continue button is not shown, so I'm stuck (I have to log out to get rid of it, refresh of the page doesn't help, but resize of the browser's window does - the dialog appears)

There is no error in the browser's console.

Different scenario:

1) I paste the link into URL - to the different module as monitoring e.g. http://localhost:8083/clover/gui/scheduling
2) Login into the server console
3) Click Take a tour to start the tutorial
4) The tutorial is on the first step, but the green dialog with the continue button is not shown
